Garam Masala

Gathering Place Garam Masala is a blend of authentic, warm spices with a hint of heat. Its flavour profile is warm, sweet, floral, with mild heat. It is used as a curry blend and is a fragrant and flavourful spice blend. Unlike other curry blends that contain mustard and chili for heat, the mild heat in garam masala is from black pepper. It pairs particularly well with tomato, chickpeas and lentils.

Ingredients: Cumin, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, fennel and black pepper.
