Returns & Exchanges:
Please note that we do not accept returns on any items. We do offer exchanges for items purchased in-store. Online sales are final sale. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item of equal value. Exchanges are only available in-store and the item must be in new, unused condition with the original receipt or gift receipt.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at abbotsford@villages.ca. We will assist you with resolving the issue.
